"Hey there, I’m Miro — Welcome to where serious training begins."
A strength and performance coach with over 10 years of hands-on experience in strength training, movement mechanics, and athlete development.
My coaching philosophy is deeply rooted in personal experience, elite mentorship, and continuous education.
I believe that strength is not just about lifting heavy weights but about building a resilient body, a focused mind, and a sustainable, disciplined approach to training.

My journey
My journey began as a young boy passionate about sports. I started playing football at an early age and quickly realized that competing with older and taller athletes required more than just skill—I needed strength, speed, and endurance. This led me to explore various forms of physical training, including sprinting, mid-distance running (100m to 1000m), and long endurance trail runs. To stay competitive, I began to build my physique.
What started as a necessity soon became a passion. I was fortunate to be surrounded by older friends involved in bodybuilding, powerlifting, and weightlifting. They introduced me to proper technique, the science behind movement, and the importance of consistency. This early exposure shaped my understanding and laid the foundation for what would become my lifelong pursuit: mastering and teaching the compound and olympic strength movements.
Over the years, I have been coached and mentored by some of the best in the world: Gabriel Sincraian (Olympic medalist) Anton Pliesnoi (Olympic medalist) Oleksiy Torokhtiy (Olympic champion). In addition, I’ve studied and implemented programs by elite coaches such as: Thor’s POWER Programme - Sebastian Oreb (Strength System), who coached Hafthor Bjornsson (World’s Strongest Man and deadlift World record holder) and other strength programs. These experiences gave me a deep well of knowledge and a strong foundation to build my own coaching methodology.
This is not where my learning stops. My approach is dynamic, evidence-based, and tailored to the individual. Until this day I further educate myself by bringing the knowledge from best in the craft, like Dr. Aaron Horschig, who teaches progressive approach to lifters and their injuries from any sport background.

Mentorship & Knowledge
My coaching philosophy is deeply shaped by learning directly from some of the strongest and most accomplished athletes in the world.
From the world of Olympic Weightlifting, I’ve been coached by Gabriel Sincraian, Olympic bronze medalist, whose programming I followed for over a year, gaining first-hand insights into advanced technical development and structured progression. I further expanded my knowledge under Oleksiy Torokhtiy, Olympic Champion in London 2012, through his seminar and official certification, where I mastered essential elements of warm-ups, technical precision, and strength-building methods. Currently, I am coached by Anton Pliesnoi, Olympic bronze medalist from Georgia, who guides me through full Olympic preparation—covering technical refinement, injury prevention, and the mental approach needed for long-term success.
On the Powerlifting side, I’ve studied and applied world-class programming, most notably Thor’s Power Program from Sebastian Oreb. This simple yet brutally effective system taught me how progressive overload, when applied intelligently, builds extraordinary resilience and raw strength.
By combining proven principles from both Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting, I offer athletes coaching that is practical, tested, and performance-driven. My approach blends elite mentorship, hands-on experience, and a long-term focus—helping you move better, lift stronger, and build lasting results.

Nutrition & Recovery
I take a realistic and educational approach to nutrition. Extreme diets, shortcuts, or trendy fads don’t create lasting results, so I don’t promote them. Instead, I teach athletes how to build sustainable eating habits that support both training and overall well-being.
I don’t encourage cutting sugar completely without understanding its role and context.
I don’t recommend “cheat meals” as a long-term strategy, but rather help athletes create balance and flexibility within their nutrition.
I provide a clear explanation of macronutrients, food sources, and supplements tailored to each individual’s goals.
Nutrition is only half the story—recovery is equally essential. Training progress is built during rest, not just in the gym. I emphasize the importance of proper sleep, strategic deloads, mobility work, and accessory exercises that correct weaknesses and prevent injuries. When an athlete experiences unusual pain or fatigue, the priority is to stop, reassess, and adapt the plan. Injuries are not simply treated—they are understood. Often, the cause lies in poor technique, lack of mobility, or muscular imbalances, all of which can be corrected with the right approach.
Alongside nutrition and recovery, I also provide smart supplement recommendations. This doesn’t mean pushing unnecessary products—it means guiding athletes towards evidence-based essentials that support performance and health. This can include protein for recovery, creatine for strength, omega-3s for inflammation control, and minerals like magnesium, zinc, and iron to restore balance and prevent deficiencies. Supplements are never a replacement for real food, but when used wisely, they can be a powerful tool to optimize training results and overall vitality.
Coaching Philosophy
I don’t believe in cookie-cutter programs or generalized app-based workouts. I do not recommend AI-generated or app workouts that ignore key individual factors. These programs often lack specific cues, proper progressions, or an understanding of the athlete's context. True coaching is not about templates; it's about tailored guidance.
Each athlete is unique. That's why I:
Avoid high-skill movements in high-intensity settings for beginners
Focus on developing neuromuscular control, muscle memory, and posture through correct execution
Never randomly max out athletes—testing is done strategically after proper build-up phases
Break down programming into phases: foundational strength, muscle building (hypertrophy), skill acquisition, power, and peaking
Encourage slow and sustainable progress rather than fast and unrealistic results
Training hard doesn’t always mean lifting heavier weights. With the right focus, even light loads can be extremely effective. Execution, intention, and consistency matter far more than ego lifting or blindly following "hardcore" routines.
Communication & Athlete Relationship
Coaching is my profession, not a hobby. My role is not just to instruct, but to listen, learn, and adapt.
Open communication is the cornerstone of effective training. I encourage all athletes to share:
Thoughts and ideas
Pain signals or fatigue
Stress or external factors that affect performance
I take an open-minded approach, learning from each athlete to help them reach their goals together, rather than simply dictating what to do. Every athlete responds differently, so I adapt cues and training styles to fit each individual.
Peaking and performance phases are planned through well-communicated, scheduled programs, tailored to the athlete’s timing and adjusted in programming phases. Even the most experienced athletes benefit from a coach. Self-criticism or poor judgment can derail progress, so I work closely to monitor mental and physical readiness, ensuring every decision supports the athlete’s goals safely and effectively.
Capacity & Integrity
I do not coach unlimited numbers of athletes. Every client receives my full attention, which is why I maintain a maximum number of clients per program and tier. This ensures the quality of coaching remains high, even as athletes progress to higher levels.
Each person is unique, and no two athletes are coached the same way. My focus is on:
Thoughtful progression for sustainable strength, skill, and confidence
Feedback-based adjustments to keep training safe and effective
Long-term development instead of short-term results
Safe, effective training with proper technique, injury prevention, and recovery
We are not just creating impressive lifts or Instagram posts. We are building stronger, healthier, and more confident individuals, inspiring those around them, and establishing habits that last a lifetime.
Whenever my schedule allows, I provide additional guidance to athletes who show commitment and consistency, ensuring they receive the support needed to maximize progress and skill mastery
